Founder & Senior Contract Paralegal

Malia Broxson is the Founder & Senior Contract Paralegal of M Broxson Legal, providing flexible contract paralegal support to solo attorneys and small law firms throughout Alabama.

In her current role with a Birmingham criminal defense practice, Malia supports matters across multiple Alabama counties and court levels, with hands-on experience in legal drafting, research, discovery, electronic filing, client communication, case management, and trial preparation.

M Broxson Legal was created to give attorneys access to experienced paralegal support when they need it—without the overhead or commitment of adding another full-time employee. Whether a firm needs help with a single assignment, temporary overflow, or recurring paralegal support, services are tailored to the firm's actual workload.

Attorneys pay for the support they need, when they need it.
